My Brothers Unconditional Love

The moment I could remember the life I had when I was young So confusing yet, so fun, my life with my brothers so distinct This never goes away because it was all to help bring me into life As a young child the understanding of what my parents did or did not Is not simple but an exchange of love and memories that can be told The brilliant reality that our minds depict, comes from years of growing The stars in the sky, can tell our life, yet our memories does not go so far We have to cherish that time we learn and love one another as days of old The experience that is given in life has to be told, without hesitation Lies or sadness that covers the painful memories that cloud our judgment Lies or sadness that covers our eyes, heart, soul, spirit and actions I became always stricken with sadness when my brothers started to grow Because it became so evident that they were pushing away I wanted to spend time with them, like before, even if we grew up That kindness, that memory, that love, they shared without knowing I hold my brothers near even if they are far, by memories, by land, by sea I will always take their precious heart with me, through rain, through droughts I will never forget them because they are my brothers They were born first; they were the ones who taught me the most of my empathy Derive from when they protected me; push me under cover out of rain Tried to stop my wounds from bleeding, fed me when hungry without thought They don’t realize my memories are filled with all these great feelings They are hard to sort, because I was still learning, feelings become memories The thirst I had, guess who came to give me water, the tears, who wiped them If you ever felt real love, read my words because it is, never will be just memories It is feelings that grew, brothers, if they were sisters feelings would be the same In my eyes, that tears up when I think of the moments that I needed something My life, the picture that comes up is my brothers They held me, cared for me, and since our parents was not there I saw and looked up to who did good for me, especially when I really needed it If you ever looked at that one moment in your life, you would see A kind loving action from a person who took their time to help Till I was young my memories was not parents it was my siblings I grew up, then it was my parents, but I do dedicate this to my brothers
