the word beast is just a way of explaining my fight with myself and to give you an idea

of the way i have a day to day fight with mental illness.

as i have said we all have this unkown thing that we constantly struggle to control

i call mine beast you might have a different name for you tormentor.

I have a animal inside of me and it seems to be a beast on my misery and depression this beast likes to feast. The beast comes at night when I am in my bed I wish someone could help get this beast out of my head. this beast is laughing when I am down and feeling sad and if beast can see I am happy it makes my beast mad. I manage to control my beast but I don't know how long for I can not let my guard down and leave an open door. my fight with my beast is constant I do it all the time we all have a beast to fight you have yours and I HAVE MINE.
