My Afterlife
I do await for the ending of my life with glee
Pray, see it not as being a suicidal tendency
I do await for such, because I am impatient to live in the land of eternity
The land of the Lord, the land of angels, the land being oh so cosy
The land everyone has read about in holy books
The land everyone believes in
The land free from any sin
The land known by one name or another one, depending on how we all speak
I am sure I will be there
I have prayed for such, so far
I wish to be with the Lord
Being by His side, as His eternal consort
Believe I in such a world, made of magic tricks
Believe I in it so much that write I even of it
Why, believe I so much in that I do even dream of it
Of course I do, why, life in this world, does be temporary, elsewhere it is eternity
Yearn I even to be there, in that world
It is made of beings filled from head to toe, with purity
It is made of love and light
There, the land of the Lord, is where I shall live, after I shed off my human body!
