Musical Therapy
Everything I'm going through is too much to deal with
So somehow I have to get rid of the pain I endure
That's when I put on my earphones
Then turn on my therapy
Turn the dial to the max
So that I hear nothing else around me
I block out the world and all that inhabits it
As my way of musical therapy
I let the tunes play...
The bass is my mental penicillin
Boom...boom...kat...Boom...boom...kat
Emotional healing through...boom..boom...kat
I try to relieve the pain through...boom...boom...kat
But the pain just remain a strain from...boom...boom...kat
The melody massages my brain
While I am going insane
The thoughts always still remain
But the music keeps me tamed
The world sits on my shoulders
It's getting colder and colder
Becoming more as I'm older
Reality of it is bolder
Responsibility is physical and spiritual
Religiously, I listen to the tunes as therapy
Turned to the max, so I hear nothing else around me
My only way of having a musical therapy
My healing goes...
One tear, two tears, three tears, four...
In the process to clear my mind and keep me restored
Five tears, six tears, seven tears, eight...
I use my musical therapy as my worldly escape!
