Mozart and Tea

Mozart got it spot on He would write a symphony Me I have Bi Polar Yet I also have my Poetry So what do I do When I go up and down When my mind is in Mania Or depression knocks me down I tune into the Greats On Classic FM I take a deep breath Music washes over me then i might light a candle To refresh the room Clear my mind Concentrate on the moon Then let it all go Release all the Sad So I don;t reach Psychosis As that's really bad I will sit around breathing Deep breath in Deep breath out Then write it all down To figure it out When I'm all calm I'll drink some PG Yes a nice strong cuppa Or some Earl Grey Tea
