Moving Right Along Ii
Why are you always in such a hurry?
Here you dart, there you scurry
as if someone is chasing you,
a ghost behind in hot pursuit.
This life is meant for gentle going
tasting each moment while knowing
that when all you do is rush on by
life soon is past and then, you die.
But when you travel very slow
and take your time to go
and really smell every rose,
my how life just grows
and seems much longer.
Well, you even feel stronger
than moving at that fast pace.
After all, no one is going to win this race.
