Mother’s Day has come Card and chocolates yum There is only one adoring mum Full of wisdom the perfect one Love between son and mum Kind of love will never be undone Always wishing each other well Happy mother’s day every day

I read this and thought, "Oh no! How did I not remember Mothers' Day?!! It is usually so commercialized and impossible to ignore!" Then I saw on Twitter that Ireland has a different Mothers' Day. What a relief! But I do wonder why or how the days came to differ so much. Oh well.

Hi Amy , Mothering Sunday in the UK was originally a day for servants to go to their hometown and worship in their local church, with their families , happy days Amy you have a few more weeks to pick the flowers ::)))))) hugs
