Mother Earth

Looking back at life I saw the day become the night and the night become the day Just to notice The new become the old, the old becoming something new Again, again, and again… The hate becomes destruction And destruction becomes nothing Nothing more than nothing I see love, oh yes, love Become infinity and also its traditional creations Again, again, and again… Looking back at life I saw the light become the dark in each person’s death And the dark become the light in each baby born Again, again, and again… But more disturbing to me Was the cry of my beloved Mother Earth Due to mankind’s irresponsible Destructive behavior of her precious natural wealth Again, again, and again…
