Mother and Child
MOTHER and CHILD
Sweet child rushed to Mom ‘Tell me My Dear,
How have you found me and from where brought?
Market, forest, riverside, hill top, far or near?
In the morning, noon, evening or dark night?
Deeply moved mother held her child tight.
Within anxious arms of Mom, child was caught.
Instant kisses were showered left and right.
Mom smiled ‘You appeared from my earnest desire.’
