Mother

Mother: All too oft I failed to understand how much you needed me to hold your hand... Looking back sometimes feels disconcerting, not getting how much you were hurting ! Mother: I did all the things I knew I should, but maybe not as much as I could ! I failed to put myself in your place; didn't realize someday the things I'd face ! Mother: I really hope you can forgive somehow, cause if I knew then what I know now, I would have tried harder to do much more... now it's too late to open that door ! Mother: But knowing you in the way I do. if one more time I could talk to you, I truly believe you would hug me tight and tell me everything is alright !
