Moonlit Garden
When moonlight casts its mellow glow
O’er the garden late at night
It lights the path where lovers go
To meet their heart’s delight
It’s here my dear you come to me
From out of the garden mist
Where we first met so secretly
And your tender lips I kissed
Our young hearts have to steal away
To share a warm embrace
That can’t be seen by light of day
Now hidden in this place
The night will give our hearts a pardon
While meeting in this moonlit garden
