Moon Moment
moon is out
full specter
feeling – WILD!
in sorcery
he wraps the night
close around my shoulders
he’s up among the stars
glowering down
like a part of the ground
in reverence
i would take a knee
but legs feet are in his spell
there is a moment
of music from some far point
it dances through my frame
and for a measure
the world and i are one
sent howling at the moon
