Mood Swings
Your mood
swings from left to right,
jumps up and down
and turns a sexy smile into a frown
each day and each night.
Your mood
attracts and rejects my attention
loves and hates to mention
the blame game
you play in Cupid’s name.
My mood
hides in his hammock
and will emerge
with the urge
to mimic
your gimmick
