Mood Ring

I sit here staring at a ring I bought today A silly ring made of butterflies It is to tell your mood The colors are ever varying but never seem to tell the truth How can such a ring be right when the colors say one thing and my heart another Which is the real feeling and which is the fake Maybe I should just give it away
