Monster

A monster lurks my house What he wants, I do not know His agenda he does not show But me being the wealthy man, I am There must be something to give him... I don't give a damn! Maybe money, but he did not want Probably jewels, but he would not say I offered women, but he happened to be gay Then I settled to stab him, but he was impossible to stab Tried to shoot him, but never found a good shot After decades of trying Took me on my death bed to see That the damn monster was always me
