Mom's Little Angel
Mom’s Angel
I remember her little hands
and her beautiful little eyes.
I remember that Christmas morning,
full of joy and surprise.
I remember this little angel,
dancing around grandma’s bed.
It was Mom’s last party on Earth,
then soon she was dead.
I remember her little smile
as she eagerly looked on.
I sure miss that little girl;
I can’t believe she’s gone.
It’s so sad when a child’s life,
has to come to an end.
It leaves a big part of your heart,
that can never mend.
