Moment

The blue of the sky is sadness, which covers the earth as a thickened scale, and encloses it with a gripping force. The purple of the sky is the virtue from this sadness, but only for a moment, only to return again to the blueness as before. The green of the sky is happiness, which can never be, for this life is one of pain, one of agony. Alpha and Omega is only just a moment, neither the beginning nor the end, only an extension of the moment, an endless moment. So see it through my troubled friend, do not grieve nor mourn, for life is only but a moment, a moment of agony. If you are blue, why look for days in which you’ll turn green, be content with sorrow’s call, live on in misery. To search for that which is not there is foolishness my friend, so resign yourself without regret to the quest of golden dreams. If you should find your happiness, if you should turn green, what my friend have you accomplished? For life is but a lengthened moment, a moment of evil darkness. Yes, you’ll be blue forever, and sometimes stained with purple, but it can only be a moment, a moment of nightmare.
