Modern Man

The Modern Man In early Spring buds come from the ground a new In sorted variation of a dream in timeless plight frozen in time A capsule frozen in the midst from the fall of man to claim Portions of dust scattered in the wind, The modern man exposed to the elements alone Has become entirely dessensitized to the very notion of truth No clear worldview intact in time he loses sight of the hand with twist & faith A number of curious onlookers choose to embrace hardship as a fact of life They lean on material wealth to save their hard hearts; Yet within time away from the world system one can be justified a new The natural man has no inclination of its spiritual truth Instead whatever figment of their imaginative thought will suffice, As leaves blow in the wind hard on the pavement scale, A twist of logical persuasion ensues. In direct correlation to the modern man's soul onto the puzzled mind. Exposed to the elements in a variation of a dream long sent, Between swift gravity the soul leans on its choice of wine Yet this can't suffice? A twilight sun had tainted my vision, With reckless motive of thought confessing The thick of briars torn to rubble in the fire A puzzled look in the flame of desire.. A portion of dust in the wind chilled with the fragment of sin.. A choice of grace or that of sin ? The modern man has lost his way, Through picket fences aligned in fear. A notion of respect has given way to false compromise.
