Mirror of Memories

If I saw you, I’ll fall We fall back to serene our sullied minds Empty photo frames without photographs that call A shapeless puddle of rain reveals our horrendous kind I looked into the mirror of memories The disastrous ghost looked back at me at the start Its glassy red beads shone the catastrophes It lit up the unwanted for me to my heart I looked into the mirror of memories I looked away from the catastrophes I looked into the mirror of memories We protect the tongues of flames That lights up the vast sea of tragedies Repeatedly forcing ourselves to blame I looked into the mirror of memories On the verge of survival nor death We are lost, lost to our inner priorities The weary doll on the wall lost its breath I looked into the mirror of memories I looked away from the tragedies
