Minds of Poets Cling
Minds of Poets Cling
Was vigilant when poems he wrote and viewed
And will never forget when we had another feud
Over whose poem was best either his or mine
Liked each other's and thought they were divine.
When together many minds of poets will cling
All of them can come up with most anything
Pertaining to subject that by them was chosen
How it related to poem from start to closing.
So should write on every day we will and must
Then confide in and each other's judgment trust
Always being modest as well as able and willing
To receive anything less then the first billing.
After poets write several poems of wonder
And never will ever try to steal another's thunder
From other poets starting out in their beginning
Great comments into ecstasy others are sending.
