Mid Week Memory

I came to faith at forty-eight, a mid-life crisis within my mind, step-by-step a staircase I climbed, 'til I left my old life behind; Off the fence I slithered down, upon my brow, doubt bears no frown, each question answered, verified, no blind faith this, with no place to hide; Reasoned, studied and empirical a life-style relevant and optical, by revelation, face to face, I stand here still, saved by grace.
