My mysterious muse is curling ‘round clouds of cotton.

In fact, she is content soaring through the sky,

soaking in serenity, while sailing in the sunshine.

She’s not concerned about the weight of the world.

Distant distractions or alluring attractions asking why.

My mesmerizing muse, twirls and swirls in savory sweet rhyme.

"Round clouds of cotton" I'm assuming in your REM sleep. Hearing you make that statement a few times now. I mean, thoughts do seem to hit just a little harder during times of sound rest. My favorite line "While sailing in the sunshine". That is a powerful line!! Much love

It seems my muse enjoys hibernating in those fluffy clouds. At times, I have nudged her, hoping she would come out to play. :) She smiles softly and gently shakes her head. Not yet.
