I came across a stranger in the night’s dark,
She took my trembling hand and held my shattered heart
Looked at me and said it will be ok!
Place your faith where it belongs on this cold November day.
Don’t be scared of the unknown embrace all you cannot see
Live forever in our lord’s eyes, in a land of mystery.
God is there to see you through the hurt and to comfort the weak.
Your weaknesses are your strengths and someday you will see
That everything I have told you
Was not just coming from me,
Take the first step and never look back
For you are changing and the change is pure to me.
Your insecurities and fears are slowly becoming yesterday’s memories.
You are more than you think,
And I cannot tell you differently
It is a change you feel in your heart.
I am just here to help you see
That God has a glorious plan for you
If you continue to believe.
