Many are faced with a surprising new feeling. Depression and anxiety leave many reeling. Our mental health is typically triggered by a life altering event. It will make us confused and cause our reality to get bent. This pandemic surely does qualify as such. Lives have been altered as we all feel the touch. You are not alone and you never will be. There will be light at the end, please trust me. My battle started ten years ago. A massive heart attack dealt me a massive blow. I trained my brain to dealt with each bout. My Doctor and Prozac helped me find my route. Don’t suffer and panic like I used to do. Seek out help it will pull you through. It doesn’t matter if you are eighty or eighteen. Watch out for the demons brought about by this Covid 19.
