Memories Refuse To Fade

Vivid visions, Block my head. I want to cry, But I hold back instead. My sight is blur, Through the tears. Struggling to smile, Someone's attention I fear. My head is, Burning. My heart is, Aching. Eyes are flooded, Tears roll down. My fake smile, Turns upsidedown. 2 years, 6 months. It's been so long, I haven't stopped, Singing the same song. Broken memories, Refuse to fade. For the past, The future I'd trade... But memories refuse to fade.
