Memories

Memories disorderd by time. Sure not a dream, Clearly not a lie, Just unclear quite at what point, Somethings happened in my journey through life. So many memories lost in a maze. I fear every turn, What will it reveal? Fear I will never escape, The puzzle of the unhealed. Memories paused among the unexplored, And whilst I do not know for certain, What is just out of sight, My mind trembles a warning for me not to stray, As I lack the currency needed to travel that way. Memories always whispering on the edge of every thought. Some of which I wish would faze into a sensless haze. Others signposts for the direction I came. Some I wish forever remained lost and unfound. But all with with me until I fall asleep for my final time.
