Meditation

Let heavens light enrapture me, Protect me from the evil that I can’t see. Allow me to filter to spirits of pure, And rid me from foes, just wanting to lure. I relax my vessel and open my mind, Spirits now guide me to what I must find. First send the light to see me right, Then in that warmth I’ll stay and hang tight, To see the visions you pass unto me, Good or bad, I’ll try not to flee. Messages come, riddled and cryptic, I’ll work them out later with tea and a biscuit. I know you’ll tell me in a way I can decipher, Sometimes I wish, I was a slightly better writer. Given to me in a way I should understand, Aid to help me walk easier upon this land. I thank you spirits for your wisdom and guidance, May I call on you again when I feel a little subsidence?
