Me and You
Let me paint the picture
Of your visage
And I will frame it in my mind
Let me write your name
With a strand of poison grass
On a crack sea shell
That no one but you
Will be able to erase
The last letter of the alphabet
Under the point of my pen
It’s your love that I want to write
Singer had once sings it
Poet had once express it
But let me tell the story
That...
...there was a time
Me and you was once in love
