If you ascribe the the theories of past lives, we all do seem immortal, Edward. Also, in the spiritual afterlife, we are immortalized. But I think you are speaking of a different type of immortality and I find this poem quite compelling. Very nice! Best Wishes, Carolyn

I enjoyed this, you aren't limited. awesome(: and my poem -your heart- i didn't mean for the readers to think i was speaking directly to them. i was expressing a heart that belongs to someone that i know. thank you for the kind comment. great poetry here.i love it! -Always&Forever Lynette

I see, Immortal man! I am glad you are not limited by this space. A broad mind is a thing to admire. A well written Haiku, Edward. Thanks for sharing and thank you for your delicious comments on "The Sun bowed down to me". :) I bet you're a great chef. And you had to mention mousse, my favorite chocolate desert. Hmm, I'm hungry now. =) Best wishes, Caroline.
