Mcgee On a Spree
After running through the streets
McGee burst into the pub
He was panting all the way
and gave his brow a hasty rub
He ordered up some whiskey
Ten shots to be precise
The barman set them up
with no chaser and no ice
Then McGee, knock them back
one by one in just a wink
as the Barman stood astonished
at how fast McGee could drink
So the Barman asked McGee
What made him drink so fast
McGee replied in kind
as he set down his last glass
"Well, you would do the same,
if you had what I have now"
said McGee to the Barman
as again he wiped his brow
So the Barman asked McGee
"Just slow down and make some sense,
What is it that you have ?"
McGee replied,
" Just Thirteen Pence "
