Painted sky cascades down to touch
a green velour carpet.

Green Man asks for a dance and an elated crowd
engages the maypole.

As young leaves stretch tips to grasp sunlight
newly birthed buds yawn.

Gaia beams with pride;
another birthday for her children brings boundless joy.

    I love the picture that you are painting in this writing! Especially nice to think about after a lengthy winter, when one is entirely ready for spring to come! Well written!
