Masterpiece

Bishop Fulton Sheen said " every death should be treated as a masterpiece." I understand that. No matter how long or short the ending surpasses everything, every breath that life allowed us to take. It is the culmination of our very existence. Though life is indeed a gift, finding our way back to God makes the journey giving back worthwhile. Every achievement, no matter how small or grandiose is nothing when we close our eyes that singular last time. Peace of soul, sacrifice of heart, love given and taken embraces all in the masterpiece finale.
