What a brilliant artist he was and inspiration to us all. He said, "Creativity takes courage". I like your poem, Brian...clever indeed...I wonder if the blue was from his "Blue Nudes",1952, or Polinesia,The Sky,1947,? ;) I find it encouraging that he said his "real self: free,liberated" work was only created after his illness--his cutouts...he called it "painting with scissors"...ahh "Une seconde vie"... but I'm preaching to the choir here ;) Well Done piece--hugs,love deb
