Mask

So ill shake it off never give it another thought never to realize how much it deeply hurts inside. broken hearts are never to far behind as i sit there and hide behind a mask trying to hide what i feel inside. as i remember my past i cant let go so ill just wear a mask. you see this side of me thats dark and cold then i have a lighter side that i pretend to hold i cant forgive i wont forget so ill wear a mask so you dont detect that I'm a total wreck. i have goals and dreams that you may think ill achieve but to me i feel like I'm worth nothing so ill sit there and pretend to boast and really im just a joke. so ill smile and laugh really I'm just wearing a mask. wearing a mask wearing a mask
