Down in deep dark Rwanda you will see my martyred soul staring you in the face will you be my savior or will you flee I call you for help and you say just be you tell me to wait and stay in my place down in deep dark Rwanda you will see why don't you come and at least set me free my children will stay and keep their own pace will you be my savior or will you flee my best friend went on her own killing spree all I could see was her agonized face down in deep dark Rwanda you will see I stood like a petrified dark black tree stuck in an never ending deep dark haze will you be my savior or will you flee all I can offer is a humble plea please come and stop this never ending chase will you be my savior or will you flee down in deep dark Rwanda you will see
