Mantuffit

I went to the land of Mantuffit Where their motto is "can you bring it?" All the guys were really buff Yet I wasn't very tough Still they couldn't toss me out of Mantuffit I don't really know the answer Perhaps it's because I'm a writer I have the sting of bee My words pack a punch like Ali Like him light on my feet like a dancer So I guess in the end I brought it I mesmerized them with a sonnet I brought them all to tears They all cried in their Beers In the end there was no more Mantuffit Any New Limerick contest Sponsored by Black Eyed Susan

Limericks have always been such a cool poem structure to me Richard, and this one is a great read; it gets my mind turning.

:) :) :) :) .........best line??? Absolute best? I mesmerized them with a sonnet.... :) Hmmmmm...sonnet just because you couldn't get anything to rhym with teraznelle? Oh...bell...hell....swell....tell...spell...........Richard. SPELL...Ok..for the two 5 syllable lines...leave the sonnet there...Then a terazanelle...It cast quite a spell...and off to the ending line? I'm just being a TEASE! Great write!

Thanks again, I tend not to think about spelling when I'm writing and often have to come back and check so you have been most helpful. Also enjoyed your humorous comment.
