Manhattan Evening

Saturday evening Sinatra on my radio I decide to post a poem enter a limerick into a contest Hope to win! Speak with a pretty Spanish woman of my acquaintance Life spreads its wings before me while I listen to classic tunes "April in Paris" - the voice rings out wreathed by violins Life can hand one cruel blows Physical and emotional illnesses can drain your strength Tonight I'll relax - listen to beautiful music Pick up a pen express myself in verse always - sweet verse

Sounds like a perfect evening to me Matthew... speaking to a lady of my acquaintance while listening to 'April In Paris?' What could be sweeter? A restful piece my friend. Best wishes, Keith
