Man and Woman

You like mystery I like certainty You like things left to the imagination I like the imagination turned reality You like the eternal chase I like once and for all caught You like to wonder I like your wonder You like the questions I need the answers You want to me to hold back I want to be held You want the joy of discovery I want the joy of constancy You want to compete for the prize I want to be safe in your eyes You want me to hide I want to be found You want I want Man Incomplete without WO MAN Different OH SO DIFFERENT Absurd And yet Tell me now Why is it That life has a DIFFERENT flavor When you’re not here with me? Check line 11, I'm not sure what you are trying to say. The rest is perfect. I am curious do you really think we are that different? I think it is more person specific than gender pacific.

This is the continuation of the big discussion, Richard, particularly the concept of men needing to be hunters. Men want a woman to be mysyerious and illusive. That is what that line is about. I don't know.... Sure we generalize.... But I do believe this to be true. I've experienced it and it hurts.

I enjoyed reading each verse and the differences between what a man.wants,and what a woman wants,they're like the plus and minus of a battery which makes a bulb light everywhere.I love the ending cause it reflects truth.Though so many differences ow when bodies entertwine,passion at its best.We need to be different,yet in other things such as honest communication,lack.of manipulation,security,and to be loved.I guess with thosr similarities,We find the correct balance of a pendulum.Interesting

Guys like the chase....the allure, the attraction , the satisfaction...not all men mind you.....the facts are inert to man that we seek a woman to procreate....the only fault to this is man has a brain that can circumvent the process...thought provoking Eileen....hugs

I have learned recently how very different men and women think, when I asked a friend, "why does my husband do..." they answered, "because he is a guy" that is the answer to everything, we are so completely different it is wonder we are attracted, I guess that is what keeps life interesting. Great thoughts Eileen. I enjoyed your comparisons :)

Yes, Cas....I guess that IS the best answer. Oh...you should watch this video by this prominent psychologist about the different between men's and women's brains. We women have wires in our brains...EVERYTHING is connected to EVERYTHING. Men have boxes in theirs...meaning, everything is compartmentalized. Oh...LONG story, but if you are interested, I could provide a link. Hugs
