Make a Wish
If my wishing could make it so
I would request just one thing.
To touch a star as it begins to glow
while Angel's voices gloriously sing.
What joy to me that would bring!
To rise above the mountains of earth
and travel among the constellations
would be a journey of joyful mirth,
and I'd have no need of reservations.
My wish to touch a star is an aspiration.
