1.) 4 - 6 medium small = raw boneless chicken strips 2.) 1/2 cup = flour (used self-rising or any) 3.) 1/4 cup = Louisiana Seasoning, crispy fish fry (or the hot one) (small bowl) A.) cooking oil - I don't us a lot - to taste B.)
