You know the power...
Of a balmy scented summer night
Of silhouetted gazes in moonlight
When your hand is in mine
You know the power ....
Of sunset walks along the shore
When you declare your love for me
Echoed by whispers of the foaming sea
You know the power....
Of woodland trees
Of birdsong carried on a gentle breeze
And there's only you and me
You know the power....
Of the music you play
The lyrics are ours
No need for words to say
You know the power...
Of a love poem
That melts my heart
You know our poem is not just art
