Love On the Rocks
The heart beats
The body shakes
Of your touch
It is what I want
To be held until I tell you it is too much
Kiss me on my cheek
Before you leave
Your body heat still next to me
I miss your love
And all your desires
The way we were in the middle of August.
The room stays the same
The world does not turn
Your breath
Your hands
You love so strong
I thought you loved me all summer long
What happened to us?
What we once were
I just can’t take the silence
And those busy blurs
I still see your face wherever I go
Just so you know, you still got my heart
While you leave, I fall apart
