Love of My Life

Love me forever more, give me your heart to place in my protected soul of love for you. I will reassemble the shattered muscle which beats ever so slightly to provide you with the life you live for me. Dying for you would selfish of my soul, living to love you would be selfish of my heart. Enter into my heart with a light-foot to gently ease my pain away. Love me unconditionally and never let the flame of our burning love candle fade away. Rescue me from the blindness that selfless love causes. Be the air that I breathe to keep me loving you every second of the day. Be the love of my life until my life is no more, then guide me to the gates of heaven so I can shine my love for you for all eternity.
