Love Living In Southport

Love Living in Southport Always found it to be a foolish fact And what it would do was to detract Me from opinions others had made; How about moving in and there stayed? Weather was wet and had been so hot But there was something about this spot, That in your heart, made it feel warm; Many friendships are starting to form. Days were dreamy and sunny though And it seems like wherever I will go Were beautiful flowers and birds that sing Which were brought on by each spring. Live in home and by trees it is hidden; From my worries and sorrows am ridden By God who answered my each prayer; Love living in Southport and being there. James Thomas Horn, Retired Veteran
