Love Letters In the Sand

A huge heart and 'I Love You' are written in the sand The waves lap over them, now they are hard to understand As the tide ebbs and flows the words disappear from view I wonder who left this lovely message – such a romantic thing to do Jan Allison 13th June 2014

For a journey without end. Each day is a new beginning. And yes you undoubtedly have come a long way. And now (We) have a ways to go.

aww Edwin I am so flattered you dropped by to read my poem - I think I told you about having burst of creativity before I had bad news - this is one of 11 poems I wrote 2 days before dad was given his terminal cancer diagnosis. I think I've come a long way since I started writing just 14 months ago:-) hugs Jan xx
