Love In Cloudy Skies
Will she answer yes or yes?
My eyes expect nothing less
than wild winks and nifty nod,
from this flower made by God.
Will she answer yes or yes?
My quests span beyond a guess,
for a lifelong love I ask,
may this end a fruitful task.
Will she answer, yes or yes?
Not my poetry would impress,
but the silence streams within,
will a good wife make me win.
Will she answer to impress
or keep silent to oppress?
My love looms in cloudy skies.
