Love Frost
Valleys of poisons haunt my dreams
Silhouettes of snakes slither around
The ocean takes it’s breath from me
As I slowly begin to drown
I drown in the brightness
That takes me by the hand
I drown in an ocean
That we created in our land
I drown in your eyes as you look at me
I drown in your smile as you take over me
I catch a glimpse of our enchanted
Love-created oak tree
My heart begins to patter softer
My body relaxes as I go down deep
Because you’ve taken my heart
And for it, I granted your wish to keep
Your voice speaks languages I’ve never heard
Your touch seems softer in my love-zone
But your not here
And your not home
See you’re my weakness, I love you most
You’re my demon and for you I’d stay
Because for the longest time
I could not find you and so I began to pray
I find you now and again your lost
And my world has been defeated and iced-over
With your thick love frost
