Love

Love, Love, Love… You are so strong… When your name is said, You get everyone’s attention. Sometimes you’re cool, And sometimes you’re a prick. You’ve snuck up on me on multiple occasions, Especially this one certain situation. You know how I am, You know how I love the woman’s personality, You know I love a woman’s smile, And you know how the woman’s swagger catches my attention. But why do you always set me up for disappointment? I mean you got me in a slump like Jeter in the World Series against the Diamondbacks. You’ve came and left for a couple and I made it through those times… But a couple you lingered around for a long time and got me pumped up to believe that “YES” she is the one for me… But it’s always a disappointment; I’m tired of hearing “Let’s be friends” Everybody knows you can’t be friends even though I try. Being friends will have you feeling like you’re being used, Being friends will have you doing things you wouldn’t usually do, And being friends will have your manhood crushed because she’s messing with your best friends. And you know why I go through this? Because of you LOVE!!!! You mess with my mind constantly letting me know that this is the one even though she poops on me all the time. You’ll have me thinking that I need to put a ring on her finger when she’s not worth a penny. You have been the lid that closes up a bottle of bull crap that I drink. It’s okay though, because I know one day you will lead me to something good. I realized that you are around while I’m happy, sad, you are the one that holds me together with everyone I talk to. I’ll tell you one thing though, you’re slipping hard. You’re not as strong as you used to be I’m starting to forget you exist, Your sister HATE, yeah I’ve had some conservation with her, I know she’s up to no good but she does bring up some good points. So get on your grind LOVE… Stop screwing me over LOVE… I know you’re good for me, Prove it to me.
