I do this often, especially when I'm writing, Daver.:( If I don't write something down right away, I forget what I'd been thinking. I don't think of you as a person who is losing it, you're very sharp and perceptive! Still this could be a sorrowful situation for others. A winter wanderland day...my thoughts keep wandering off and getting stuck in drifts.:) Keep well, love, Mikki

It helps to have a sense of humor about it. Sad but true. I can't seem to call my kids by their names, instead of their siblings names. They don't bother to correct me as they sometimes do it too! I enjoyed your poem Dave.
