Lost In a Breeze

Is a smile so hard, With salty tears Pouring down pale cheeks? Love lost in a breeze. Twisting and turning, Just out of reach. Find me, oh love. With fiery eyes And arms outreached. A path dispersed, Like a puzzle That's yet to be complete. Where are you, oh love? Wild and free. Just like love, Lost in a breeze.

Nicely metaphor! I picture a kite when its string has slipped out of my hands. I run after the string, but the kite soars. The string is just out of reach. I jump for it. And miss. And the kite continues to soar. It is gone. Just like your love here. "Wild and free" and "Lost in a breeze". Good work!...BH
